We offer you to take advantage of our designing service. We can design made-to-order devices in the PRO2 production cycle, which means a production starting with the prototype and ending with the device manufacturing, including phases of trial run, testing and informing.
We design control devices which assist the security in buildings, vehicles, heating and ventilating devices, for personal and industrial use.
PCB printed circuit board parameters:
- Laminates we use: Fr4, CEM1, Fr4/Al
- Thickness of boards: 0.3 to 3.2 mm
- Maximum board size: 400 x 600 mm
- Minimal width of a path: 0.15 mm
- Minimal distance between paths: 0.15 mm
- Hole diameter Ø 0.4 up to Ø 6.0 mm

- Drilling and milling
- Copper and tin plating
- Etching
- Selective tin plating with HAL method
- Photoimageable and screen printed mosaics
- Photoimageable and screen printed solder masks
- Screen printed elements' descriptions
- Gold plating of edge connectors

Here you can find a special form (.xls data format), which can be used for order placements, or PCB quotation. REMEMBER: the more accurate you are with filling in the form, the more precise the quotation of the design and boards production is going to be.
