Front foils, which are made of special adhesive films, are extremely durable, resistant to chemical substances, mechanical damages and humidity. In addition, they are very aesthetic. They can be stuck to all kinds of metal surfaces, plastics and varnished surfaces. By using a proper kind of film we can adjust the front foil's parameters to the particular purpose of a device. The shape of the film can be freely adjusted to the shape of the device, and the imprint is made based on a full set of colors from RAL or Pantone color guides.
Front foils are applicable to producing electronic devices, especially in medical industry, industrial automation and telecommunication. The technology which is used in the production of the front foils, can be also successfully used in the production of data plates, labels and inscriptions concerning device exploitation.
Front foils characteristics:
Decor foils– the film is made of modified polyester or polycarbonate, its thickness varies from 125 to 250 microns.
Imprint – the imprint is placed on the inside layer (visible through the film) selected from the Color Guide (RAL, Pantone). It is resistant to rubbing off , cleaning with detergents and to many chemical substances.
Surface finishes – matt, gloss, selective matt or gloss areas on the overlay
Decor foil embossing – there are three basic shapes – spherical embossing, flat embossing and frame embossing.
Display windows – matt, transparent or with a color filter
