Here you can get the information which you will find useful when designing a keyboard and specifications of the components that are used in their production.

 

When designing a keyboard we suggest you do not use:

-        contour lines of keyboard dimension and keys

-        combination of three colors at one place

-        lines separating colors which width is less than 0,3 mm

-        lines which width is less than 0,2 mm

-        colorful transparent filters touching light background

 

 

Make sure your design include this set of information:

-        keyboard dimensions

-        keys dimensions and their layout

-        diodes layout

-        corner radius

-        size of cut-outs and their layout

-        connector's length

-        graphic elements layout

-        chosen colors (from RAL or Pantone color guides)

-        circuit diagram or a detailed description of the conductive paths

-        type of material which will be used as a surface for the keyboard

 

 

We accept designs in the following file formats:

 

-        CorelDraw files (*.cdr)

-        AutoCad files (*.dwg)

-        technical drawing

 

We can agree on other types of file formats, but please discuss it with us in advance

 

 

Connectors which we use in the production of our keyboards:

 -        raster female connector 2,54 mm

-        Non-ZIF connector with pull force locking to be installed in the printed circuit

 

         Supporting tape:  0.25 mm ÷ 0.35 mm, raster 2,54 mm, 1.0A, 250V AC, RS 20m
